I am very happy to inform you that I am going to participate in the Tokyo Biennale 2020/2021. I made a public artwork project, using a photographic works, commissioned by the Tokyo Dome Corporation.

I have been developing a series of photographic works in which I use the gaps between buildings, unevenness in roads, railings, windows, doors, and other parts of buildings and structures seen in the city as “urban frames” to record momentary actions. Using frameworks differently from their intended function, I depict a new landscape within familiar everyday life.
The work will be exhibit at the subway station in Tokyo and the Biennale runs from July 10th until Sep 5th 2021. I am very grateful for the biennale director Nakamura-san and all the amazing people who made this project happened.
